Cardboard Kids Chair

Cardboard Kids Chair

From one of my favorite stores in New York,  Muji, I came across this chair for kids made out of recycled cardboard.  Kids can put this together themselves, paint and decorate it and have their own personalized seating.

I think this is a great way to have kids see not only how things can be put together, but also become aware of different material uses.

Thank you for featuring our blog on your facebook page. I’m glad you found the posting of your child chair and find it a really great idea for children to make their own furniture!
This blog began as a helpful resource for students in a History of Design class while they studied different chair designs and has really taken off from there. Happy Holidays to you too!
