I Love pictures of chairs with the designer in them. This is my comic relief for the day. Eero Aarnio is pictured here in his 1968 Pastil Chair. The fiberglass ball allowed the exterior surface to receive total finishing where previous fiberglass had rough sides on the bottom.

Chair Cards
This blog was started to track the exceptional work by the students of UNCG in the Interior Architectural Design Program. Our History 221 and 222 classes use these cards to help familiarize us with historically significant design and designers.
